1. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

To maintain the integrity of our luxury fleet, all drivers must: Be at least 25 years of age (unless otherwise specified for certain models).

Possess a valid, clean driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years.

Provide proof of comprehensive insurance that extends to luxury rentals, or purchase our premium coverage.

Booking & Security Deposit

Reservations:

A booking is only confirmed once the initial deposit or full payment is processed.

Security Bond:

A refundable security deposit is required for every rental. The amount varies based on the vehicle’s value (e.g., $2,500 - $10,000). This is released within 48 hours of a damage-free return.

Vehicle Usage & Restrictions:

Your Sulan vehicle is designed for the open road, not the track.

Prohibited Use:

No off-roading, racing, track days, or towing.

Cleanliness:

We provide our cars in pristine condition. A specialized detailing fee may apply if the vehicle is returned with excessive interior soil or smoke odors.

Mileage:

Standard rentals include a daily mileage limit. Excess mileage will be billed at the rate specified in your rental agreem Damage & Insurance

Inspection: Both parties will the vehicle at handover. Any pre-existing marks will be documented.

Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period not covered by insurance. This includes wheel "curbing," glass chips, and interior upholstery damage.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans change.

Cancellations made 72 hours before the booking receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 24–72 hours incur a 50% booking fee.

"No-shows" are non-refundable.
